The Process
- Complete a Letter of Authority so that we can put together a personalised Pension Transfer Report for you for free and with no obligation.
- We will contact your pension provider in the UK to request the necessary information.
- Upon receipt of your UK pension details we will complete your Pension Transfer Report and contact you to discuss the report and ensure you have all the facts before making a decision on whether to transfer or not.
- If you decide to transfer your pension, after selecting either our Transfer with General Advice or Transfer with Personal Advice services, we will go through the process which results in instructing your UK Pension provider to transfer the funds into a registered Australian QROPS fund of your* choice.
- When the QROPS fund receives the pension monies we will send you a written confirmation of the transfer and ensure any tax forms are complete.

To start the process please download and complete our Letter of Authority (click to download). Sign it and either scan and email it to us or post it to the address below. We will then provide you with a free Pension Transfer Report in order to help you decide if you'd like to proceed with the transfer. This file is in '.pdf' format. This authorises us to contact your UK Pension Fund Provider to obtain the necessary information we require. We will send you a Pension Transfer Report detailing your transfer value and provide general advice on your transfer. Note, this is FREE OF CHARGE and does not commit you to transferring your pension until you expressly engage us using either of our transfer services.
