THE PROCESS
 
  1. Complete our Letter of Authority, sign it  and either email it to us or send it back to our office:    
          Pension Transfers

NB: If you have more than one pension fund in the UK ensure you complete a separate Letter of Authority for each one. 
 
  1. We will contact your pension provider in the UK to request the necessary information.
 
  1. Upon receipt of your UK pension details we will complete your FREE Pension Transfer Report and contact you to discuss the report and ensure you have all the facts before making a decision whether to transfer or not.
 
  1. If you decide to transfer your pension, after selecting either our Transfer with General Advice or Transfer with Personal Advice services, we will instruct you UK Pension provider to transfer the funds into a registered Australian QROPS fund of your choice.

  1. When the QROPS fund receives the pension monies we will send you a written confirmation of the transfer and ensure any tax forms are complete.
